COMMUNICATION ⋆⭒˚.⋆ Please note that i will not typically respond outside of normal business hours 9am EST - 6pm ESTCommunication needs to be able to be established prior to commissioning as well as durring the commission process, i may need to contact you with changes to the piece or requesting your input on satisfaction. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me!Please keep things professional, i will not entertain inappropriate interactions whatsoever and will promptly cancel the commission without refund. Please keep in mind that is HARASSMENT. I am not interested in casual conversation outside of my streams thank you!

PAYMENT⋆⭒˚.⋆ Payment is taken through PAYPAL or CASHAPP only! All prices are set in USD.I will only begin working once your balance has been paid in full, for Pieces prices over $150 USD a downpayment of at least half of the amount is required before i begin working and expected to be paid in full halfway through the completion of the piece.All payments will be done through invoice only thank you!

REFUNDS⋆⭒˚.⋆ Refunds are given in full before any work has been completedIf the piece has reaches the sketching phase refunds are given only 75% of the total, Past this phase refunds are forfeit thank you!Any chargebacks will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future

PROCESS⋆⭒˚.⋆ All clients will be kept up to date on the progress of their piece through my trello!I allow up to 2 Revisions before the flats phase, revisions past that phase will only be allowed for an added fee. Additional revisions past the first two can be done for an added fee, please avoid this by communicating clearly!I am disabled and my turn around time differs from time to time depending on my symptoms at the time! All clients will be updated if it impacts turn around time thank you!
